1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "User" or "Member" — refers to any individual who has registered an account with nft888a and uses the Platform's services.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account registered by a User on the nft888a Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the nft888a Platform is subject to full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Acceptance occurs when the User:

• Performs any login to an existing account;
• Makes any deposit, wager or financial transaction on the Platform;

If the User does not agree with any part of these terms, the User is asked not to use the Platform and to close their account immediately.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details including their username and password. nft888a will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a User's account resulting from the User's own negligence.

Users are advised to:

• Use a strong and unique password that is not used on other platforms;
• Not share login details with anyone, including family members;
• Log out of the account after each session, especially on shared devices;
• Contact customer support immediately if any suspicious activity on the account is suspected.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

nft888a reserves the right to request Users to submit identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing the first withdrawal or when there is unusual activity on the account. Documents that may be requested include a copy of the MyKad, bank statement, or proof of ownership of the payment method used.

5. Deposits and Payments

nft888a accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• FPX (Online Banking)
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH

Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods.

All deposits are final and cannot be reversed once processed. Users are responsible for ensuring they use a payment method registered in their own name. Deposits made using a payment method belonging to a third party will not be accepted and may result in account suspension.

6. Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal: RM100.

Withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours depending on the chosen withdrawal method and the relevant internal verification process. nft888a will endeavour to process all withdrawals within the stated timeframe, but actual times may vary based on external factors such as bank processing times or blockchain network conditions.

Withdrawal conditions that must be met:

• Identity verification (KYC) has been completed and approved;
• All wagering requirements associated with bonuses have been fully met;
• There are no active investigations or account suspensions;
• Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the deposit, where applicable.

nft888a reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawals for security review purposes, legal compliance, or pending identity verification. Users will be notified via email or live chat of any delays.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Welcome Bonus

nft888a offers a welcome bonus of 150% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is automatically credited to eligible new Users.

Wagering Requirement: The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus value before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Account balance RM250 → Wagering requirement: RM150 × 25 = RM3,750
• Deposit RM1,400 → Bonus RM1,000 → Account balance RM2,400 → Wagering requirement: RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000

7.2 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by nft888a are subject to the following conditions:

• Each promotion may have different wagering requirements, validity periods and eligibility conditions which will be stated when the promotion is launched;
• nft888a reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus abuse or any attempt to exploit promotions will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings;

8. Game Rules

All games on the nft888a Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are random and fair. Game results are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of clear technical failure.

In the event of a technical failure, system malfunction or game discrepancy:

9. User Conduct

Users agree to use the nft888a Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following are prohibited:

• Attempting to hack, compromise or disrupt the functions of the Platform;

10. Account Closure

nft888a reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict a User's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

10.3 Self-Exclusion

11. Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability of nft888a to any User under any circumstances is limited to the amount of funds held in the User's account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments to Terms

nft888a reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to Users via their registered email or by a notice displayed prominently on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after amended terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users who do not agree with the amendments must stop using the Platform and close their account.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

nft888a operates under an international licence and is subject to the laws and regulations of the relevant licensing jurisdiction. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the local laws applicable to them.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms and conditions that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of nft888a's licensing jurisdiction.
